Roy
Felder
Mr. Felder has over twenty years
of experience in janitorial building
maintenance and property management.
His experience includes holding the
position of Executive Director for
three different YMCA’s which
include the responsibility for facility
management and staffing.
Mr. Felder holds a B.S. degree from
McNeese University. He has also completed
a number of facility management courses
throughout the country.
Today, as co-owner of one of the
most successful janitorial contracting
firms in Houston, Mr. Felder fulfills
a variety of functions.
• Sales/Marketing – Mr.
Felder oversees all sales and marketing
strategies and implementation.
• Operations – Mr. Felder
takes personal responsibility for
all aspects of the Operations Department
ensuring quality assurance.
• Contract negotiations –
Mr. Felder structures each individual
contract undertaken by Accredited
Building Services, negotiating both
terms and specifications.

Suzanne
Felder
Mrs. Felder currently serves as President
of Accredited Building Services handling
a variety of administrative duties
as well as overseeing the day-to-day
operations of the company.
Mrs. Felder has been head of a variety
of administrative functions within
the company in a full-time capacity
since 1997.
• Financing – Mrs. Felder
takes all responsibility for raising
capital for Accredited Building Services,
and for maintaining a steady asset
base.
• Corporate Policy –
As co-owner of the Company, Mrs. Felder
establishes and implements all policy
in terms of rules, regulations, and
reporting.
• Regulations and Procedures
– Mrs. Felder takes personal
responsibility for insuring that each
project is done in accordance with
all state and federal guidelines.
• Accounting – Mrs. Felder
is in charge of all Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivables, Human Resources
and day-to-day operations.

Medina
Today, as Operations Manager of Accredited
Building Services, Mr. Medina fulfills
a variety of functions.
• Project Management –
Oversee the administration of each
project including quality control.
• Work Procedures and Staff
Training – Train and evaluate
employees to insure the highest quality
of work.
• Bidding and Cost Analysis
– Assist in maintaining accurate
budgets to insure maximum cost effectiveness
in the accounts.
• Customer Relations –
Mr. Medina meets with building management
staff to facilitate smooth operations
and clear communications.
General Manager
Jack
Hamel
Presently, Mr. Hamel serves as General
Manager for Accredited Building Services
and he brings over 15 years of both
sales and operational experience to
our management team here at ABS.
After graduating from the USMC Logistics
Academy in 1987 and serving in five
foreign countries during his tenure
in the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Hamel began has maintenance career
in 1988 with a National Medical Management
Company serving as a Director of Environmental
Services for a large hospital group
here in Houston.
In 1991 Mr. Hamel’s career
went from hospital maintenance to
the commercial and industrial building
market taking a management and sales
position with a local maintenance
company here in Houston for the next
10 years.
In 2001 Mr. Hamel served as a Regional
Manager for a National Maintenance
Company managing five states and over
750 employees. The position of National
Sales Executive was then offered,
marketing to Industrial, Commercial,
Medical, Private/ Public Schools and
Universities throughout the country.
Mr. Hamel’s responsibilities
at Accredited Building Services include
the following:
• Bidding and Work Loading
– Preparing and presenting proposals
for potential clients.
• Work loading – Work
loading each account for proper custodial
and management hours to provide the
optimum quality service and meeting
budgetary needs of the client.
• Marketing Strategy –
Works closely with Roy and Suzanne
to develop marketing strategies and
sales to attract the best possible
clients.
Customer Service Manager
Delores
A. Trevino
Ms. Trevino has over 20 years of
experience in Customer Service, Human
Resources and Office Management. She
also handles a variety of administrative
duties as well as overseeing the Customer
Service department for the company.
Ms. Trevino interacts with all departments
to ensure that daily and periodic
assignments are preformed in a satisfactory
and timely manner. All customer requests
are channeled through her department
for completion and follow up.
• Technology – oversees
the implementation and maintenance
of the company’s website, Customer
Support Ticket operations, and client
information assistance.
• Customer Service –
overall management of the company’s
Client Customer Service Support Ticket
operations. She handles the generating
and closing of each work ticket that
comes in and follows-up with operations
and also the customer if needed.
• Office Manager – manages
the daily operations of the home office
staff and equipment.
• Administration – serves
as Administrative Assistant to the
Owners of Accredited Building Services.
